The position of the UX Consumer & Market Insight Specialist aims to execute tasks that help fulfill the mission and responsibilities of the UX team, execute studies with consumers and work with the sensory manager of this same UX team to execute sensory studies to guide to the R&I team in the development of formulas and packaging to positively impact the business.


What you'll be able to do:

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities:


  • Be responsible of strategic accounts worldwide. Leadership skills as a project manager, with a strong analytical ability.
  • Be 100% autonomous in all cycle: define the project design based on clients' briefing, preparing budgets and winning proposals, understand our clients' objectives and translate them into short but getting to the point
- questionnaires, and analyzing results + creation of reporting using storytelling and providing with actionable insights

  • Being expert on multivariate analysis techniques and ability to run analysis such as driver analysis, segmentation, or mappings; knowledge of Conjoint Analysis or MaxDiff will be valued in the recruitment process.
  • Appropriate action plans developed and monitored where required.
  • Identify research and report enhancement opportunities.
  • Support the wider team in product and communications research projects as required, providing high quality GCI support and analysis to Brand & Programme team customers as necessary.
  • Generate insightful analyses and deliver effective presentations and actionable reports.
  • Manage the fieldwork and reporting costs for each study within allocated budgets.
  • Contribute to the UX team strategy.
  • Methodologies and Management of studies with consumers
  • Manage market and consumer studies to support the business
  • Lead platforms
  • Increase team visibility inside and outside of R&I

QUALIFICATIONS

The minimum requirements we seek:


  • Bachelor ́s or master ́s degree in: Food engineering, Food sciences or Biotechnology
Market Research and Consumer Research experience

  • Previous experience of 4 years as a Quantitative Research Manager in a large or mediumsized consultancy or Market Research company.
  • Experience in leadership of consumer or market studies
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Bias for action.
  • Excellent communicator (orally and writing).
  • Passion for technology and for being part of a SaaS company.
  • Wide experience in adhoc projects: U&A, segmentation, claims/ideas/concept test, add test, brand health, etc.
  • Excellent handling of Excel, PowerPoint.
  • English: native or proficiency.
  • Knowledge of execution of sensory methodologies and with consumers
  • Statistic analysis
