Responsibilities
MBS COMMERCIAL ASSOC ANALYST
Main Purpose
The role of the Customer Information Analyst has the objective of supporting PepsiCo Beverages North America Team by analizing tax information.
The analyst will be part of a dynamic group, making sure all the initiatives are accurately implemented, so all teams involved can perform their best to achieve strategic goals.

Followup to requests and provide solution to all the stakeholders._
- _Manage the tickets flow request, understand the neeed on each ticket and the business plan to can make the prioritize of response._
- _ Establish process to identify, track, resolve, and report results about customer issues._
- _ Participate in fine tuning activities to improve own performance._
Qualifications
Qualifications / Requirements
- _
Graduated from Business Administration career, Engineer or Data & Analytics related career (up to 2 years)._
- _ 1 year of experience in Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain areas._
- _ Advanced skills on Microsoft Suit, especially Excel_
- _ Advanced English language proficiency, both written and oral communication._
- _ Experience in using different sources of information to compile and integrate._
- _ Knowledge of data governance models and Customer/Material hierarchies._
- _ Proficient on creating dynamic dashboards and/or reports at different levels of detail using the PepsiCo standard resources._
