Why CompuCom? (Overview):
Responsible for the company's staffing functions. Ensures company's staffing requirements are met for internal positions and/or external client projects.

Monitors personnel in relation to all staffing issues, including, but not limited to, availability, utilization, forecasting, attrition, and position openings.

Exercises moderate judgement and follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.

Receives assignments in the form of objectives with goals defined.

What We Need & What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

Staffs personnel for internal positions and/or external customer projects. Compiles and records information about position openings and refers qualified personnel/applicants.
Reviews records to locate personnel/applicants who are available and who match the job requirements.
Works with management and/or Human Resources to forecast the needs and skill sets of any upcoming positions. May also work closely with other Recruiters to ensure availability of qualified employees/applicants as demanded by the company and/or customer needs.
Produces/analyzes reports as needed for forecasting and utilization.

Maintains files, records, databases and performs other clerical duties as assigned.

Level of Formal Education:
Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience
