Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist focuses on bringing top talent into the organization, responsiveness, and

lifecycle including:
demand planning, internal consulting, marketing research and sourcing, recruiting,

Interviewing, assessment and selection, offer, applicant tracking, and onboarding. To be successful, he/she

must be able to build strong relationships, anticipate and react to needs in a timely basis using both traditional,

non-traditional and innovative strategies. He/she must be proficient in industry Human Resources standards,

policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field; or equivalent professional training and

experience.

Minimum of 4 years of full cycle recruitment experience, including developing diverse sources to generate

talent, behavioral and competency based interviewing and assessment, and offer negotiation.

Advanced in social media and internet sourcing process.
Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
Assists with creating and implementing sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
Proficient time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Proficient knowledge of human resources and employment laws, regulations and best practices for

recruitment and hiring.
