3. Position Summary
Responsible to coordinate international shipping, tracking and
categorize shipments and work with external and internal customers.


4. Job Duties and General Responsibilities

  • Check inventory and / or discrepancies with interface communication
Between ZOE and SAP.

  • Prepare the INEGI Report for submission.
  • Assists in the the following shipments: Scrap / Virtual / Change of Regime (MRO).
  • Monitors shipping and receiving of machinery and equipment.
  • Performs daily system updates and maintenance (ZOE).
  • Prepare the import / export documentation.
  • Monitor company's traffic operations.
  • Submission of import / export invoices and export pediments.
  • Billing audit and PO audits for customs and transport agents.
  • Management of temporary and permanent shipments.
  • Management of permanent exports and returns of raw material.
  • Management of change of regimes: waste and donation operations.
  • Responsible for ensuring daily system updates and maintenance.
  • Regulations in the Import / Export system and implementation of the
necessary changes to comply with the Laws and Regulations (including

tariff updates).

  • Responsible for the migration / loading of the BOM database and catalogs of
raw materials and finished products.

  • Assists with annual cost reconciliation for US Customs.
  • Assists inventory (ZOE vs. SAP) and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Assist with any tax problem.
  • Other dutties as assigned.

5. Minimum Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's degree in foreign trade, business administration
and/or supply chain.


Experience:


  • 13 years of professional experience in an international customer service department (export and transportation management knowledge).

Languages:

  • Advanced English level. Must be able to read, write and speak fluently.

Additional accreditations:

  • N/A

Specialized skills:

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, SAP SD & P2P modules.
  • Management of Import/Export Systems (Nafta-Anex 24) ZOE,
  • Must have a strong understanding of business, trading practices, laws, mathematics and great communication skills.
