Responsibilities:


General Sales Analyst Portuguese

Main Purpose

  • The Role of General Sales Support Analyst has the responsibility to support the business teams in daily business, supporting in managing the main sales systems, by reviewing main tools, granting and controlling access to sales teams, and track approval for access to Conectados system; _
  • Requires crossfunctional collaboration with all departments supporting sales in terms of solving issues and implementing business actions._

Accountabilities / Responsibilities**- _
Responsible to ensure the correct operation and maintenance of main sales systems (NEOGRID, MTRIX, CONECTADOS, SAP, SCANNTECH), by managing technical issues and resolving problems;_
- _ Validate main databases in Mtrix and Scanntech, connecting with 3PD (farol fechamento) to ensure all data is available and correct;_
- _ Update and manage access of sales teams_
- _ Responsible for approving and tracking access of users in each system;_


Qualifications:

Qualifications / Requirements
- _
Bachellor's, Associate or Technical degree in progress. Accounting, Business Administration, Data and Analytics, Computer Science or similar. Engineering if posible._
- _ - 3 years of relevant professional experience_
- _ Experience in IT (preferable)_
- _ Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook_
- _ Follow up and escalate when needed_
- _ Basic English oral and written communication skills _
