Vacancy:
Scheduler / Receptionist
We are looking for a Scheduler / Receptionist to join the team and play a key role in our organization.
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for coordinating and making phone calls according to our established agenda.
- Schedule appointments and meetings accurately, ensuring our schedules are well organized and optimized.
- Provide a warm welcome to visitors and clients when they arrive at our premises.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Provide information about our company to visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner.
- Efficiently manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages to keep everything in order.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Scheduler / Receptionist or in a similar role with an emphasis on making calls from an agenda.
- Outstanding organizational skills and ability to maintain a steady flow of calls and appointments.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a friendly attitude towards all individuals.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once and work in a dynamic environment.
