Scheduler / Receptionist


We are looking for a Scheduler / Receptionist to join the team and play a key role in our organization.


Responsibilities:


  • You will be responsible for coordinating and making phone calls according to our established agenda.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings accurately, ensuring our schedules are well organized and optimized.
  • Provide a warm welcome to visitors and clients when they arrive at our premises.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Provide information about our company to visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Efficiently manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages to keep everything in order.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience as a Scheduler / Receptionist or in a similar role with an emphasis on making calls from an agenda.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to maintain a steady flow of calls and appointments.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a friendly attitude towards all individuals.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once and work in a dynamic environment.
