Royal Caribbean (Guest Travel Services)

  • MONTERREY NUEVO LEON SITE.
  • Training starting in January 2023
  • Description:

GTS (Guest Travel Services) is a customer service department of Royal Caribbean and its subsidiaries that assists customers who have just purchased their cruise tickets and wish to receive assistance in reserving the flights/hotels/ground transportation they require to carry out their cruise vacations (to get to the city where they will board the cruise) and for their return home. They also serve customers with problems during their trip, such as flight delays, cancellations, or overbooking.


Requirements:


  • Fully bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Basic computer skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Schedules from 7am 9pm Monday to Sunday (40hrs a week)
  • 2 days off
  • Full availability required
