Are you a customer-oriented sales expert with a knack for Real Estate? We're seeking a talented Sales Associate to play a pivotal role in our dynamic organization.

About Us:

We're a thriving Real Estate Wholesale company at the forefront of our industry and we're looking for Sales Representatives and a few Virtual Assistants to help us take our business to new heights.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales or Real Estate in the U.S. market.
Highly organized and detailoriented, with a passion for precision.
Experience with Google Suite, Word and Excel.
Fast, reliable and good communicator with excellent phone handling skills.
A selfstarter and a team player that takes initiative to complete tasks within deadline.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management:Efficiently manage and organize leads, including follow-ups, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a comprehensive database.

Listing Coordination:Assist in creating and managing property listings, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for prospective buyers.

Client Communication:Engage with clients through various channels, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring a positive client experience.

Market Research:Conduct research on real estate market trends, property values, and competitor analysis to support informed decision-making.
