Team Overview:


Being a Driver Operations intern is an exciting opportunity to learn about the industry in a holistic and strategic way while learning to collaborate with teams across Latam and China.

The objective is to constantly look and implement improvements to our product in order to increase Driver partners' experience and engagement while they generate income day by day.


Role Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:


  • Build deep and productdriven insights and understanding of the ridehailing business from a driver experience perspective while being data driven ALWAYS.
  • Data Analytics: data masters with Excel data processing and analyzing
  • Ensure collaboration with other teams across Latam and China to improve operational productivity & user experience.
  • Balance attention to detail with swift execution we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well. Balancing those can be challenging, but this should be our strength.

Role Qualifications:

  • Studying Engineering, Business Administration or related fields ideally to be graduated in 1 year
  • Experience or desire to learn how to use databased decisionmaking, exercising good judgment in ambiguous circumstances, and effectively communicating across a diverse team
  • Strong Excel skills a must (SQL skills are highly appreciated)
  • Proven to be selfmotivated, selfdirected, and eager to take ownership of tasks to ensure solutions.
  • Proven problem solving skills
  • Excellent organization and time management systems for yourself and your stakeholders
  • Clear Communicator you are a clear and concise communicator with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly and highlight the key insights
  • Proficiency in English & Spanish.
