ABOUT THE ROLE:
Provide advice and support to our employees and managers in the US and Canada, in all labor relations cases that come to Global Business Services Kerry, including sensitive and complex cases.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Advanced English Essential (Conversational)
- Knowledge of relevant labor legislation and local regulations (USA, CAN)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in labor relations
- Knowledge of the General Data Protection Regulations, immigration and visa requirements, working practices and time limits, labor relations jurisprudence, best disciplinary practices, complaints and prolonged absences, best statutory practices, health, safety, ethics, etc.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience in escalated investigations with managers
