What part will you play?The function is focused on developing and furthering sustainability G2M strategies with a clear understanding the regulatory landscape and the needs of a diverse group of stakeholders.- You will use strategic topics and technologies to develop businesses in the industrial market and increase the success factor by surfing in end-customers's organization.- You will work in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary, and diverse environment.

What you need to make real what matters.

The basis for your success is an excellent academic track record demonstrated with a university degree in a business, engineering, or natural science discipline.

- You have long
- term experience in industry, preferably a role in an automation or digitalization focused business. Including familiarity with EHS, quality, production, and sustainability.
  • You have at least 2 years of experience at Siemens, preferably from an operational or development role in a business unit of Siemens Digital Industries or certain Siemens Smart Infrastructure business.
  • You have solid experience in communicating, aligning, and handling stakeholders across multiple levels, including executive leadership.
  • You are a structured selfstarter with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • You feel comfortable in multinational environments and virtual team settings.
  • You see problems as opportunities, have a growth mindset, challenge the status quo, and permanently strive for outstanding results.
