Main Responsibilities:


  • Be responsible for highlevel support of dealer/customer relationships in a fastpaced highvolume call center.
  • Market and promote use of sales finance products and counsel dealers/ merchants on new marketing and/or product programs.
  • Review and authorize additional transactions against customer's current credit limit to maintain and improve overall performance of portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with dealers/merchants, area sales managers and others specific to position.
  • Proactively perform reviews on accounts that show a decline in their credit file to help mitigate risk by potentially taking adverse action.
  • Assist with solving problems, answering questions, and counseling dealers/merchants with completing financial documentation.
  • NOTE: Work hours include Saturdays and Holidays.
This position would normally work 11:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Tuesday-Friday and 7:30 a.m-3:30 p.m. on Saturday.


What Skills You Need:


  • Bilingual.
  • 1 or more years of experience working in the finance industry or a related customeroriented environment.
  • Experience building strong relationships, solving problems, and communicating effectively with dealers/merchants, customers, and internal partners.
  • Ability to perform telephone work plus the capacity to quickly change focus on work activities while meeting deadlines.
  • Experience making sound business decisions.
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.

What Makes You Stand Out:


  • Experience working in customer service or a related customeroriented environment.
  • Understanding of finance and credit concepts.
  • Experience in an agricultural, commercial or consumer lending environment.
  • Knowledge of revolving products.
  • Knowledge of MARS, ACAPs, Merchant Toolkit, ABTools and other related underwriting systems.
  • An understanding of the John Deere dealer network and channel.

Education:


  • Bachelor's degree in a Business/Management or Accounting/Finance discipline and/or 1+ years of experience working in the finance industry or a related customeroriented environment.
