Global Technical Innovation Manager Latam:

We search for a Global Technical Innovation Manager to enable the growth of TENA Brand in Latam, developing and delivering innovative new solutions that meets and fulfill consumer needs.

The position reports to GBIS (Global Brand Innovation and Sustainability). You will report to the Global Innovation Director TENA Latam.

Position could be located in any Latam market where TENA has production facilities. (BR, CO, MX)

What You Will Do:

In this position you will lead or co-lead innovation projects for the INCO category through the funnel stages.

You will contribute and drive the technical questions in projects and activities for all the product segments.

You will work in close cooperation with multiple key stakeholder (GID, GBD, R&D, manufacturing, CRU, and lead markets), to drive company sales growth and reach overall TENA targets in the region.

Who You Are:

Engineer degree
35 years' experience in technical development and/or innovation management
Proven skills in product innovation development & delivery
Ideally experience within Personal Care Inco, Fem or Baby
Strong experience in running & project managing multifunctional teams effectively.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in collaborative international environment and working with multicultural teams
Fluent in English
