_Describe the principal mission of the position _

Write and maintain up-to-date Maintenance procedures, Work standards, Preventive Maintenance plans
-
Act to improve the reliability of equipments & toolings
-
Implement & improve ERIM deployment and use
-
Act proactively for successful implementation and added-value use of CMMS SAP PM+
-
Participate to smooth and efficient integration of new equipments
-
Act to improve the Maintenance effectiveness & efficiency of its entity.
Manage standards
o Create and update maintenance work instructions for its perimeter, using e-WorkStation & PM+.
o Prepare and implement preventive maintenance plans, including standard times for each task; get them up-to-date in PM+.
o Ensure the availability of the equipment & toolings documentation.
o Perform OJT on standards implemented.
o Define standards regarding the supply and inventory of spare parts and material needed for maintenance and participate in the sourcing of Maintenance spare parts suppliers.
o Ensure, together to the Safety network, the fulfilment of the Group Directives regarding Health & Safety
and Safety of buildings and installations
in its scope.
Manage Continuous Improvement
o Lead action plans to improve Maintenance KPIs (TRP, breakdown %, microstoppages & technical slowdowns, MTTR, MTBF), maximising equipment availability for production.
o Act to improve the reliability of equipment & toolings (obsolescence action plan, back-ups implementation...).
o Participate in equipment performance control & improvement, for instance by participating in cycle time measurements and micro-stoppages observation sessions.
o Participate in Maintenance & ERIM workshops; Permanently promote ERIM and act to make it work.
o Participate in Maintenance QRQC & Weekly TPM/TRP progress meetings.
o Involve in troubleshooting on manufacturing equipment with malfunction from electrical or mechanical aspect; Support the teams in charge on the major technical issues.
o Pilot PDCA / FTA & Maintenance 5 WHYs on topics assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
o Prepare LLC & Kaizen Cards.
o Ensure proper maintenance records
o Participate in the installation and commissioning of new manufacturing equipment, as per the IProM procedure, including safety validation of equipment; and to potential refurbishments of manufacturing equipment.
o Be involved in EHS and productivity improvement activity.
o Share and transfer know-how
o Develop and maintain knowledge of debug and troubleshooting, including safety requirements; capitalise lessons learned.
o Involve in process improvement and productivity improvement activity.
o Act to minimise the equipment non-availability.
o Define and lead actions to avoid breakdowns' recurrence.
o Proactively participate in the SAP PM+ implementation project and act for added-value use of PM+.
o Act to improve the Maintenance Organization and performance of its entity; propose improvements.
o Participate in maintenance budget preparation & propose potential organisation improvements.
o Lead actions to reduce the total Maintenance costs participating as contributors of P-30.
o Participate, together with the Purchasing network, to the preparation of the yearly contracts regarding critical spare parts provision and overheads.
