Nature of Work


Responsibilities:


Outbound telephone contact to members that have unredeemed deposits or deposits to expire to engage members to transact - confirm exchanges, getaways, renewals and other products that will increase activity and revenue.

Outbound telephone contact with members and guest that have reserved resorts with mandatory all-inclusive packages.
Provide members and guests with accurate information related to the benefits and rates that are included in the package.
Collection of all-inclusive fee prepayments related to the reservations in various systems.
Document each contact in the related reports or records with appropriate information related to the contact. Follows-up with members and guests when requested and required.
Perform reservations and cancelations and other related transactions associated with the member/guest's account.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all products offered.

Suggests and assists with the implementation of ideas to increase productivity, morale, superior sales, and customer service in the department.

Performs any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by a member of the management team.

Knowledge, Abilities, Skills

Must be computer literate and familiar with I-Services and able to learn and use other systems required to process payments, retrieve information and document accounts.

Possess general knowledge of all departmental procedures and related areas.
Able to remain calm and courteous in emotionally charged or stressful situations.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Possess excellent sales, customer service, and problem solving skills.
Able to organize, set priorities, manage time, and meet deadlines.
Detail oriented, and possess excellent organizational skills.
Ability to create accurate and error-free work.
Able to work flexible schedules, weekends, overtime, and holidays.
Fully bilingual English and Spanish - speak, read, and write. Other languages such as Portuguese a plus.

Physical Requirements

Sitting, standing, manual dexterity (writing, typing, handling), operation of automated equipment (i.e., computer, printer, copier).
