The Launch Box is seeking a
Technical Recruiter to join our team. In this role, this person will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process for both our U.S. and Mexico operations, focusing on identifying and attracting the best talent from various talent pools.

This Person will work with The Launch Box and our clients, which include firms in fields such as Cybersecurity, DevOps, Cloud Services, Revenue Ops, and traditional Strategy & Operations consulting.

This position is hybrid with the option to work in person during the week and travel a few times per year.

What You Will Do:

_**- Collaborate on creating effective and sustainable recruitment strategies

Build relationships with key educational institutions to source entrylevel talent
Support in conducting applicant interviews, screening, and reference checks
Assist in coordinating various hiring requirements, such as travel arrangements, relocation assistance, and onboarding
Participate in employment advertising campaigns and programs
Contribute ideas and strategies to facilitate company growth through recruitment

_ Your knowledge, skills, and abilities:

_

Bachelor's degree in HR, Communications, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience of 2+ years
Basic understanding of recruitment processes
Effective communication skills, adapting style based on audience and remote vs. inperson interactions
Strong attention to detail, a clientcentric approach, and excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask while working with multiple clients and stakeholders
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
