Responsible for leading global or regional opportunities in potential mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and partnerships for Nemak.


Main Responsibilities

  • Lead global or regional opportunities in potential mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and partnerships.
  • Proactive identification of opportunities
  • Assessment of projects provided by external sources, bankers and consultants.
  • Lead company valuation, internal business case development and onsite due diligence of any potential opportunity
  • Execute footprint analysis in order to continue enhancing Nemak's longterm positioning, including potential divestments of current facilities.
  • Coordinate external support for potential transactions.
  • Build business cases and presentation of recommendations to management.
  • Continuous update of competitive landscape in order to proactively identify opportunities and propose alternatives for the company.
  • Development of compay's M&A strategy and processes
  • Support Nemak's strategic projects
  • Support Executive Team's presentations and analysis.

Position Requirements

  • Engineering, Economics, Business or Finance Degrees
  • Optional master's in business or in Finance
  • Use of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical
  • Advanced English
  • Experience in Financial analysis
