About the role:

For our
Human Resources Team, we are looking for a
Recruitment Analyst to support in talent acquisition processes and be part of the team that brings great talent to our Ferrero Family.

Who are we looking for:

Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Pedagogy or related;
2 years of experience in HR, specifically in recruitment.
Analytical skillset.
Excellent communication skills.
Dynamic and proactive approach
Advanced English

You will be responsible for:

Execute the recruitment process from end to end for Ferrero de Mexico.
Conduct interviews by competencies
Participate in job fairs.
Manage relationships with universities.
Execute the recruitment process in our internal system in alignment with group guidelines and policies.
Participate in different group initiatives (trainee program, employer branding, etc.)
