About the Role


As a demand generation manager, you will develop and deliver a pipeline of qualified leads to fuel the funnel for our MSP (managed service provider) segment.

You will be responsible for full funnel targets, from Leads, MQLs, SALs, SQLs and S1s.

You will focus on the relationship between demand gen & sales, partnering closely with BDR managers to improve the handoff between marketing and sales.

You will partner internally with marketing to optimize our top of funnel lead flow, and you will drive segment-specific marketing campaigns to fuel quarterly pipeline targets.

You will report to the VP of Revenue Marketing and will partner within marketing and across sales to develop, launch and optimize campaigns.


This is a great opportunity for an ambitious, hands-on performance-driven marketer to roll up their sleeves and build out our customer acquisition programs from concept through execution.


Key responsibilities:


  • Plan and execute endtoend demand generation programs to acquire new business across a wide variety of channels online and offline.
  • Partner with our Sales qualification team to ensure lead volume and quality
  • Build a consistent feedback loop and continuously improve and optimize lead handoff processes in conjunction with your Marketing Operations partners
  • Manage demand generation campaigns for evergreen, alwayson programs
  • Support events and virtual events execution to drive sales pipeline
  • Partner internally with marketing to ensure we have the right quarterly campaign plans in place in order to hit our pipeline targets
  • Closely monitor conversion rates and optimize campaigns at each stage of the funnel
  • Manage agency and contractor relationships, expectations, and budgets
  • Execute A/B tests, collect and analyze data, and continuously improve campaign performance
  • Regularly report out on the performance of our customer acquisition efforts

You have:


  • 35 years of demand generation experience
  • Experience implementing a range of demand generation programs, from selfservice to enterprise sales
  • Experience partnering with BDRs and sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and deliver offers and campaigns that resonate deeply with customers along buyer's journey
  • Handson experience with lead forecasting, reporting, and analysis
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and shift workload to meet deadlines
  • A high degree of selfawareness with highly developed emotional intelligence
  • Passion for trying new things and a strong drive towards solutionoriented problem solving
  • Extraordinary written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing thirdparty vendors including agencies and contractors
  • Bonus: Handson experience with Salesforce and Marketo
  • Bonus: Experience working with the MSP market
