    • Administration and leadership of production resources to secure production delivery on time with Safety and qualityand cost
    • KPIs monitoring in production (OEE, Scrap rate and Productivity)
    • Management of improvement projects (5's, lean manufacturing, etc.)
    - Shiftily process confirmation to line leaders and operators- Plan and tracking of people's daily attendance, vacation, certifications and training programs- Development plans for associates and follow up with HR and Union    Requisitos**:
    • Bachelor's degree of Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial )
    • SAP-P81 Intermediate level
    • Microsoft Office (excel, power point)

    • Ability to delegate tasks & assess performance

    • Team Work and communication
    • Daily confirmation
