We are looking for a _Customer Service Representative_
to be the first point of contact and support the following activities:

Answer incoming phone calls.
Assist callers by providing relevant information regarding accounts receivable, maintenance, community queries, etc.
Direct calls to the correct personnel when needed.
Take and relay messages in a timely fashion.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday._

Regular Schedule: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM CST MX

Daylight saving in the

USA:
7:30 AM to 4:00 PM CST MX

THIS POSITION IS REMOTE. YOU CAN APPLY FROM MEXICO CITY, JALISCO, OR STATES AROUND THEM (YOU MUST LIVE WITHIN A 4-HOUR DRIVING DISTANCE).

Requirements:

MUST:
Advanced English similar to Native (Strong communication skills: writing and speaking)

Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center for American customers.
Experience working in a campaign for collections, CSR for financial entities, or similar is a plus.
Strong abilities to handle difficult customers.
Feel comfortable with a heavy phone volume.
Experience working from home in a similar position.
