We are looking for a JLC LOGISTICS SITE MANAGER talent, to join our specialized CORPORATE team for our LOGISTICS in CD.

JUAREZ, MEXICO.

In this position you will have an impact by:

Providing operations leadership for a large warehouse operation in charge of maintaining operational KPIs, safety and continuous improvement.
Providing safe working environment for all CMI & contract employees.
Ensuring internal and external customers' expectations and requirements are met while ensuring supply chain optimization.
Communicating with customers, suppliers, shop floor, stakeholders, and staff.
Leading annual operating plan, forecasts, and other measurements for Warehouse operations.
Managing and developing supply chain capability; work with employees to set goals in training and development, performance, and career planning.
Responsible for ensuring Cummins values are present in the plant. This includes championing diversity, community involvement and right environment initiatives.
Addressing supply chain failures promptly to ensure operations stability; escalate as appropriate.
Preparing and manage an annual operating plan including expense resources, and capital.

To be successful in this position, you will need:

Manages all Warehousing Operations for all Business Units in Juarez Site, handling the End-to-End processes: Receiving, Put Away, Picking, Decanting, Inter-plant Shipping, Supermarket Management, Line Feeding, FG shipping (Interco & OEM's).
Fluid English.
