JOB SUMMARY & PURPOSE

  • Coordinate shipments of finished product based on the requirements of our customers. Maintain constant communication with customer service to ensure the deliveries on time. Is responsible for the incoming and outgoing order processing and documentation, including generating delivery/shipping documents, under the guidance of the Supply Chain Manager. Liaises with internal and external transport companies/departments for timely incoming/ outgoing shipments. Investigates and takes action on all nonconformance and recommends corrective procedures.
    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Schedule the shipment of orders of finished product or raw materials for delivery to customer or intercompany transfers
  • Coordinate exports of raw material or finished product, from loading the merchandise to delivery to the customer
  • Request and confirmation of transport units
  • Preparation of shipping documents
  • Tracking of cargo, units in transit and customer deliveries
  • Manage the purchase of security seals, as well as control their inventory.
  • Placing service complaints to carriers and followup on closing corrective actions
  • Filling of monthly KPIs

PROFILE

  • Bachelor / Master Degree in Industrial engineering
  • 3+ years of relevant working experience in supply chain / Logistic
  • High skills in Excel and MS Office Suite
  • English Intermediate
  • SAP Knowledge
