_JOB SUMMARY _


This role is responsible for providing support and Leadership to the business in the development of strategies for Operational agility to drive and enhance customer mindset for a continuous improvement culture.

This role will oversee the sustainability of a continuous improvement culture within each business in the Salvarcar's plant, it will drive engagement, innovation, productivity, customer-centric, innovative and end to end mindset.


_DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES _
Under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:

  • Supports both short-term and long-term business goals within the faster forward framework.
  • Will oversee activities and programs, related to building strategic capabilities and driving a culture that embraces and advances J&J ́s Credo, Innovation and performance.
  • Will work together with the business to enhance mindsets and behaviors that enable us to deliver Supply Chain priorities: fast track innovations, agile costumer solutions and end to end value.
  • Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level
  • For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable
  • Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Performs other duties assigned as needed

Qualifications:


_EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION _

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, preferably with a degree in industrial and/or organizational psychology, human resource management, continuous improvement, lean or a related field
  • 4 to 6 years minimum of professional experience is required
  • List specific types of experience that may be required for this position, such as:
  • Knowledge of GMPs /medical devices industry applicable regulations.
  • Management, planning and implementation of projects and business support initiatives
  • Relationship management
  • Influence, shaping solutions negotiation and partnership
  • Ability to understand and integrate internal and external business drivers and financial metrics to drive key outcomes for the business
  • Innovative change efforts, including developing and implementing detailed change management plans.
  • Support of multiple business functions and working in various industries, ideally within large, complex organizations is required.
  • Driving strategic change to meet changing business needs and exploring new business models is required.
  • Working with crossfunctional project teams

_REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES and AFFILIATIONS _

  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
