Maintenance Supervisor Duties/Responsibilities

  • Oversees, plans and issues work orders to appropriate shift team members for the implementation of equipment modifications as well as preventative and any corrective maintenance.
  • Active on the floor including providing any "handson" trouble shooting and maintenance of production equipment.
  • Interface with vendors and suppliers as necessary to discuss products used in repair work and/or projects that need to be completed.
  • Ensures Maintenance employees are properly trained in all aspects of their jobs including safety, quality, and production. Recommends and coordinates any safety and technical training.

Maintenance Supervisor Requirements

  • Plastic Injection Molding experience
  • Five years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing operation
  • Electrical trouble shooting and repair
  • Exceptional written/verbal communication skills and ability to be a team player

Pay:
$1,586, $1,669,950.00 per year


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Tamaulipas: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employerprovided relocation package (preferred)
