Position:

Inside Sales Manager

Arrow is looking for our next Inside Sales Manager in México. This role falls under the Power and Signal Group, which reports into the vertical markets led by Jake Harris.

The systems are AS400 based (non-Unity/Oracle), and is a strategic group dedicated to the design and distribution requirements of the transportation industry focused almost exclusively on the wire harness market.

What you'll be doing:

Oversees the strategic and sales objectives for their teams; creates tactical solutions to meet/exceed objectives. Sets the team direction and priorities; accountable for team performance.
Serve as the point person for sales team for strategy opportunities, problem resolution and escalated issues.
Develops sales team to accurately enter & manage opportunities. Ensures information in the Opportunity Manager system is accurate and uptodate.
This job profile requires the assignment and participation in a sales compensation plan. A portion of OTE will be variable and tied to specific salesrelated goals as set forth by Arrow.
The team for this role is located in Acuña, Coahuila and Guadalajara, Jalisco. Some travel will be required.

What you'll need:

Typically requires 57 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 3 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent work experience.
Knowledge on AS400.
Proficiency in English
Previous experience managing diverse teams with a headcount from 5 to 15 people.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$54, $73,334.80 MXN Monthly
