Operations & Logistics Manager:

The Rider, Portfolio & Safety team focuses on building and strengthening the relationship with our riders and drivers, and their experience with our platform.

Our purpose is to increase our active rider base and advocate for their experience.

Some of the exciting projects include the launch of new products, Uber One, and improving our functionalities within the app.

We develop and operationalize strategies that help us achieve our business goals.

We work at scale across cities on key challenges and initiatives to deliver value and great experiences to our riders and earners.

About the Role:

As an integral member of Uber's Mexico Portfolio team, you will help, through research and analytics, understand our existing and potential customers for these new products, and identify and prioritize the highest opportunities.

We move metrics by leading cross-functional teams together to execute initiatives that could get to our targets in Mexico.

What You'll Do:

Identify the root cause of risks and opportunities, propose multiple, practical solutions, and weigh tradeoffs to recommend best approach
Implement, optimize, and scale core analyses and processes across [the region] and beyond, regularly reviewing performance
Maintain productive working relationships with immediate team and crossfunctional stakeholders across operations, marketing, customer support, product, policy, and legal to scope, test and implement initiatives
Make strategic decisions based on data analysis and interpretation. Experience getting in the weeds of data, balanced with the ability to see the big picture
Ability to work and accomplish multiple tasks in parallel, delivering results in a fastpaced and ambiguous environment, while maintaining highquality work standards

What You'll Need:

We welcome people from any background to apply
Three or more years of experience
Make strategic decisions based on data analysis and interpretation. Experience getting in the weeds of data, balanced with the ability to see the big picture
Spanish and English proficiency. Able to interpret and present data to various audiences in an engaging and comprehensive, yet succinct manner.
Demonstrate optimism, respect others, and work well in a team. Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and responsibilities. Maintains healthy working relationships, even in disagreements
Ability to work and accomplish multiple tasks in parallel, delivering results in a fastpaced and ambiguous environment, while maintaining highquality work standards
Ability to create detailed project plans with project stages, milestones, basic interdependencies, and owners
SQL experience is highly recommended.
