Upwork has teamed up with a multinational technology company that focuses on enabling digital transformation in the era of an intelligent cloud and an intelligent edge. Our client aims to empower every individual and organization to reach higher levels, and to continue with this mission, they are in need of a self-motivated Remote Spanish-speaking Microsoft 365 Technical Advisor available between 1 pm and 9 pm UTC. As part of the team, you will serve as ambassadors for the client's customers' journeys, providing detailed consultative advice and support to help customers achieve their goals with their Office 365 subscription.

Actively engage with customers to grasp their business objectives and demonstrate how Microsoft 365 can assist in achieving those goals.
Educate customers on Microsoft 365 products and services, offering guidance on the best practices to enhance productivity and collaboration.
Aid customers in assessing the advantages of a Microsoft 365 subscription, tailoring personalized recommendations and demos.
Provide advice on various subscription plans and features, helping customers select the most suitable option based on their requirements and budget.
Guide customers through new subscriptions or upgrades to existing ones, providing clear instructions and troubleshooting assistance.
Stay informed about the latest Microsoft 365 updates and improvements, effectively communicating these to customers.
Record technical problems and solutions in a knowledge base.
Collaborate with other technical support engineers to resolve complex technical issues.
Ensure high customer success rates, with a focus on transitioning customers from grace periods to perpetual usage and boosting license utilization.

Qualifications

Technical advisory or implementation experience in a Microsoft 365 setting.
Strong consultative and chat communication skills, with a focus on clarity, empathy, and professionalism.

Preferred Certifications

MVP, MCT, MCSA, MCSE (not mandatory).
RAVE experience (a plus but not required).

Device Specifications

Computer not linked to another company's domain or managed by remote inventory systems or tools.
Windows 10 Pro (with the latest updates installed).
Minimum of 8GB RAM (16GB recommended).
Core i3 processor (i5 recommended).
Minimum 256GB Hard disk (256 SSD recommended).
LAN (local access network) connection required.
For security, freelancers must not use WiFi to connect to provided systems and tools.
Minimum download speed of 25 Mbps & upload speed of 10 Mbps.
No third-party antivirus software installed.
Teams compliant media devices.
Microphone/headset with background noise canceling (not a phone headset).
Webcam, preferably compatible with Windows Hello Technology.
