On Site:
This position requires to work on site on a full-time basis.


Responsibilities:

What will you do?

  • People Management
  • Supply chain knowledge
  • Knowledge of materials receipt and shipments
  • FIFO materials experience
  • Ability to be flexible and at times work extended and noncore hours to ensure issues are worked to resolution.
  • Ability to travel to plant locations when required for onsite support
  • Ability to problem tackle complete issues and implement new and innovative strategies.

General

Oversees the operations of floor material handling Supplier

Supports the scope of objectives of BPD / Scorecard

Compliance to internal control guidelines applicable to your area

security

Promotes, educates, communicates and monitors security initiatives, keeping their employees responsible for implementation.

It is responsible for the proper use of equipment assigned

Responsible for maintaining order and cleanliness in your area.

people

Maintains records of security, support, holidays and the corresponding boards are updated to their teams.

Supervises MET's - union

Maintains good working relationships and complies and enforces the rules of procedure and collective agreement.

Coordinates requests for rental of their equipment

quality

Acts as liaison between the provider of material handling and GM in terms of supporting production and that it can build with quality in the workstation.

Use appropriate controls for inventory control and follows up.

Responsible for the provider of material handling systems follow the flooring materials and choice of materials

Coordinates operational changes to the production department.

Return labels "Scrap" wrongly filled so that the information entered into the system is correct.

Ensures that the provider of material handling follow the process for processing "Scrap".

Implements and monitors requirements GMS

Maintains applicable ISO requirements.

Response

Responsible for processing work items in support union activities BPD

Manage and supervise the process of receipt of material.

Coordination and administration of invoices and shipping documents.

Contact areas of receipt for clarifications or corrections on the receipt of material.

Ensures compliance with budget targets your area.

Supports on cost reduction initiatives department

Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree: Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Mechatronic Engineer and all Engineering related.
  • Available to change shifts (4x3, 5x2, 6x1).
  • Required experience in similar position: from 1 to 3 years
  • English Level: Intermediate

Preferred Qualifications:


  • MGO.
  • SAP.
  • Microsoft Office.
