Purpose Statement:

The Intern - Program Management supports the Customer Service Representative and the Program Manager with day-to-day tactical activities and has basic interactions with the Customer Focus Team (CFT) and Plexus functional areas.


Key Job Accountabilities:

  • Run backlog and revenue / shipments report on a daily basis
  • Monitor Customer's open orders (Finished Goods and Customer Returned Goods), aligned with WI Purchase Order Review Process
  • Coordinate tactical activities related to raw material and finish good shipments
  • Support on coordination of CRGs' process.

Additional Accountabilities:

  • Support projects to deliver appropriate levels of customer service and satisfaction
  • Knowledge and practice of Plexus 5e culture
  • Support with metrics follow up as needed and Customerspecific tactical requirements.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Education/Experience Qualifications:

  • Currently studying last year of a Bachelor's degree in Business or Industrial Engineering.

Other Qualifications:

  • English language at a level of 70% minimum
  • Microsoft Office (intermediate level of Excel and Power Point)
  • Responsible
  • Assertive and selfmotivated
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Intermediate communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Employee must be assertive and selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Work Environment:

The work setting should consist of an office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and a low noise level.
