The Junior IT Administrator is an entry-level role within the organization's IT department, designed to provide hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of IT support and operations.

This role is ideal for individuals pursuing a career in information technology, computer science, or a related field, as it offers an opportunity to gain practical skills in troubleshooting, customer support, and IT infrastructure management.

The IT Support will work closely with experienced IT professionals and assist in providing technical assistance to end-users, maintaining IT assets, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the IT environment.

User Support and Issue Resolution:

Respond to user inquiries and helpdesk tickets, assisting with hardware and software-related issues. Troubleshoot and diagnose problems faced by end-users, providing step-by-step instructions or hands-on assistance to resolve technical challenges.

Hardware and Software Configuration:

IT Asset Management:

Collaborate with the IT team to maintain an inventory of IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses. Assist in tracking and managing hardware and software assets throughout their lifecycle.

Network Connectivity and Troubleshooting:

Learn to troubleshoot network connectivity issues, assisting in ensuring smooth internet and intranet access for end-users. Work with network administrators or service providers to resolve network-related problems.

Requirements:
