    C.H. Robinson is seeking a talented professional to join their team. In this role, you will manage vital supply chain information and data in C.H. Robinson's Transportation Management System, acting as a valued member of the customer's team to ensure seamless information flow and transportation arrangements.
    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Monitor customer load board and information flow in the Transportation Management System (TMS)
    • Perform relationship and knowledge-based exception management
    • Document and organize standard operating processes
    • Facilitate customer communication and provide top-tier customer service
    • Conduct CHR systems training for external customer representatives
    • Manage reconciliation of reports
    • Offer expert logistics advice to customers for optimal efficiency
    • Act as a resource and support for peers
    • Identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities
    Qualifications:
    Required:
    • High School diploma or GED
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Transportation, and/or Logistics
    • Flexible schedule availability
    • Travel up to 5% (domestic and international)
    • Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
    Preferred:
    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
    • Information systems acumen
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Strong presentation skills
    • Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently
    • Team-oriented and fast-paced work mindset
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
