Interstaff LLC is a global staffing company searching for a
qualified Sales / Outbound Caller - Remote.
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to business owners, introducing them to our services, and scheduling appointments for our USA sales team to discuss the various options for mailers.

You will be the first point of contact, representing our commitment to saving business owners money on marketing while increasing their local customer outreach.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct outbound calls to business owners to introduce our mailer and marketing services.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through prospecting and lead generation.
  • Clearly and persuasively explain the benefits of our services to potential clients.
  • Schedule appointments for USA sales team to meet with clients and assess their marketing needs.
  • Schedule appointments for USA sales teams to visit business locations to deliver marketing materials.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all interactions and appointments.
  • Collaborate with the USA sales team to develop effective telemarketing strategies.
  • Stay uptodate on industry trends and competition to effectively communicate our unique value proposition.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field (preferred)
  • Previous 1 year of sales & telemarketing experience is required.
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Selfmotivated and goaloriented, with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office & Google Products required
  • A passion for helping businesses and a belief in the value of our services.
  • Quiet home office work environment
  • Willing to work in US PST time zone
  • Fast and reliable internet connection of at least 10MBPS with internet backup available
  • Dependable electricity with power backup available
  • At least 8gen i3 processors, 8GB RAM, and Windows or MAC, SSD Disc
  • Must be bilingual (English required, B2 minimum)
