    Summary:The service level manager's primary function is to define and negotiate service offerings between the service provider and the customer for digitalized services according to the services in Service Catalog for finance, accounting and HR for CEMEX


    Responsibilities:


    • Develop a set of thresholds and parameters to control workflows in Service Now
    • Define and elaborate key business metrics to drive efforts to VCoEs
    • SLA definition for new digitalized workflows
    • Define and negotiate SLAs new scope and conciliate between vendors and internal CX areas

    Requirements:


    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business or related.
    • Experienced in definition of business Services and technology.
    • ITIL foundation (v3/v4) required.
    • Strong verbal/ written communication, with the ability to interact with all levels of responsibility and authority.
    • Ability to prioritize the development of highperformance teams driven by customer service and teamwork.
