INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY - DIGITAL BUSINESS SOLUTIONS DBS

MONTERREY, MEXICO

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Ensure Purchase Orders are configured within COUPA/SAP for supplier payment
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure payment invoices are submitted in a timely fashion
  • Coordinate with DBS involved parties to ensure all costing requirements are captured for projects
  • Supervise and measure DBS Analytics spend (actuals vs. budget)
  • Collaborate with DBS Analytics leadership on financial management
  • Review and advise on Statements of Work to ensure financials are accurately represented
  • Coordinate with DBS Finance to ensure accruals and actuals are captured during the appropriate time periods

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE

ESSENTIAL

Experience Required

  • Experience with budget management and preparation
  • Experience with developing trends and projects for cost models
  • Experience conducting cost optimization reviews

Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required

  • Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles

Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required

  • 4year degree in Business/Finance or 46 years working experience preferred
