    We are looking for a SERVICE DESK AGENT, whose main objective will be to provide first-level customer support in SONDA México.


    Activities:

    • Provide support and technical assistance to users
    • Provide Technical support, delivering and recording all the necessary information to meet the internal requirements of the company and its clients.
    • Provide the client with technical assistance by solving their incidents
    • Manage all necessary actions to resolve the problems
      Requirements:
    • Service Desk and ticket system experience required (Service Now, Remedy, Service manager, etc)
    • Experience managing service SLA's
    • Inbound call experience.
