We're looking for a
Project Manager / Scrum Master

Location:
Remote Mexico

Qualifications we are looking for:

-
4 to 7 years of experience as Project Manager and/or Scrum Master role:

  • Extensive experience with complex Software Development and Business projects/programs.
  • Experience with project, program, and system management methodologies, workload management, budgeting, tools, processes, workflows, resource management, estimating, project control techniques such as Earned Value Management, Program Governance, Stakeholder Management.
  • Proven leadership and analytical skills with direct customer, vendor and senior management interactions, communications, seeking pertinent information for appropriate team actions.
  • Proficient and flexible in managing simultaneous project SOW's requiring complex scheduling, contingency planning and budgeting while keeping a focus on strong internal and external customer service.

Tools: "Hands-on" expert with project management and portfolio management software including Microsoft Project, Jira, Microsoft Enterprise Project Management Server, SAP Cutover Management and Microsoft Project Central. Successful in diverse Project Management Organizations (PMO).

Functional: Functional experience with Supply Chain and CRM. Good knowledge on General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Billing, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Materials Management, Work Force Management, Process Controls, and Logistics. Managed complete systems for corporate mergers and acquisitions.

Management: Experienced gathering and managing requirements, supervising project teams, managing technical and business staff, motivating technical teams, leading effective meetings, and reporting project status to upper management. Prepared detailed proposals, business plans and cost estimates. Developed successful long-term consulting relationships with many clients.

Methodologies: Experienced with Scrum and Agile (SafFe) methodologies, ITIL, SAP ASAP, SAP Activate, Project Management Institute's PMBOK, ISO 9000, and Six Sigma.


Desired Certifications:


  • Equivalent Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) with extensive knowledge and professional experience in planning, supervising and actively participating in all phases of implementing largescale programs.
