Responsibilities:


The Opportunity

Your Impact
As a
Payroll Taxes Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:

  • Execute and validate correct calculation of PT (ISN-ISR) and monitor calculation bases of PT reports in SAP-BPO to ensure that payment is made correctly and request authorization for accounting registration.
  • Administration and control of accounting accounts (provision and expenses).
  • Perform reconciliations of PT payment vs. calculation and accounting to identify variations.
  • Perform annual PT payment and expense projections for AOP, FCST, CF
  • Timely fulfillment of obligation of opinions according to regulations.
  • To be backup processes related to Wages and Salaries Income Tax withholding and special processes.
  • Identify and review opportunities for tax benefits issued by competent authorities to obtain benefits/savings for the company.
  • Consolidate information requested for state, financial and tax audits
  • Provide general support in processes related to labor obligations.
  • Safeguard and secure documentation on PT&IT (ISN-ISR) treatments and executions to comply with SOX controls, policies, GCS, procedures and current regulations.
  • Actively participate in assigned projects and initiatives to improve and streamline processes.
  • Application and support of GCS model: backup, controls, critical experiences, audits and self assessment.

  • Bachelor's degree in
    accounting

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the Tax-Contributions area, "Big Four" experience (preferred)
  • Intermediate-Advanced English
  • Advanced Office Package (Excel intermediate
  • Advanced)
  • Database management (volumen)
  • SAP HCM Module Intermediate and FiCo
  • COSO and SOX Knowledge (preferred)
  • Legal knowledge (preferred)
