A "City Manager" is an individual who serves as an advocate and representative of the company within a specific city or location.

This role is focused on building and nurturing local relationships with key stakeholders, including local partners, community leaders, and residents.

A "City Manager" is an individual who serves as an advocate and representative of the company within a specific city or location.

This role is focused on building and nurturing local relationships with key stakeholders, including local partners, community leaders, and residents.

The City Champion's primary responsibility is to ensure that in every session, each user has access to the best assortment the city can offer.

The champion should promote and expand the Rappi presence and operations within their designated city.

They act as a liaison between the company and the local community, working to establish partnerships, drive adoption, and address any concerns or issues that may arise.

Some key tasks of a City Champion may include:

Business Development:

Identifying and engaging with local businesses to onboard them into the platform and build a strong network with local partners.

This involves understanding their needs, negotiating agreements, and providing ongoing support.

Community Engagement:
Actively participating in local events, meetings, and forums to raise awareness about our services and initiatives. They collaborate with community organizations, influencers, and residents to foster positive relationships and generate enthusiasm.

Market Research:
Keeping a pulse on the local market by gathering insights on customer preferences, competitors, and market trends. This information helps us tailor its offerings and marketing strategies to suit the specific needs of the city.

Problem Solving:
Acting as a point of contact for any issues or challenges that arise within the city. The City Champion collaborates with internal teams to address customer complaints and operational difficulties.
