Job Description:

Role and Responsibilities

Assist in the definition of SAP Project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Work with SAP Capability Managers to ensure resources are secured, taking into account Global Priorities
Manage changes to the SAP Project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate project delivery methodology
Execute all activities using AstraZeneca Project Delivery Framework
Ensure Risks are managed appropriately, reporting and escalating to management as needed
Successfully manage the relationship with the internal customers and other stakeholders
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

Required Skills and experience

Understanding and/or handson experience in software development
Excellent customer facing and internal communication skills
Working Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager & Service Now
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, including but not limited to Excel, Word, Project and PowerPoint
Experience in a Validated Environment and aware of GXP and SOX requirements
Experience working in globally distributed team within a matrix structure
Well versed in English and Spanish. Excellent spoken and written skills. Portuguese is a plus.
Willingness to Travel
Proven working experience in any SAP Core Technologies a plus
Knowledge or previous experience in SAP Testing tools, frameworks or best practices
Knowledge or previous experience on any Project Portfolio Management tool
PMP / PRINCE II / SAP Activate Certification
