Job Description:

This position will be responsible for:

Perform functional audits based on the Customer Requirements and critical characteristics of our manufacturing processes.
Gathers and analyses data to plan, coordinate and report quality improvements.
Develops methods for testing, sampling and training.
Conducts internal quality controls concerning areas or company products to ensure quality procedures and norms are met.
Develop an Audit Plan to make sure all different models are being audited to catch opportunity areas within the Plant.
Prepares complex quality analyses and recommends necessary quality procedure changes.
Prepares reports on rejected or defective products. Works with quality inspection supervisors to train and oversee inspectors in their use of control forms, procedures, and correcting quality problems.
Interact with all areas to make sure escapes are being added into the Roving Quality Check List, Quality Network and Stations Work Instructions.
For critical issues found during the audit, we will revise PFMEA and Control Plan to make sure we improve our controls and reaction plans.
Consolidate all quality indicators to prioritize the defects to be attacked.

Qualifications:
Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. At least 5 years related experience.
