Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross functional departments (finance, quoting, data teams, etc.) to ensure accurate pipeline and reliability of the Salesforce CRM data
Generate regular and adhoc Salesforce metric analysis for Sales and Marketing Leadership Team to monitor performance across a range of key Marketing and Sales team performance
Manage monthly sales commission process; calculating individual sales rep commissions; creating monthly sales commission statements
Minimum of 35 years of work experience in data, analytics, or sales operationsbased roles Preferred
Salesforce CRM Dashboard and report creation experience
Highly motivated, selfstarter, strategic/analytical thinker with a "cando" attitude, flexibility to accommodate evolving business needs and a keen eye for details
Experience using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
Confident individual with enthusiasm and aptitude to create, catalog & optimize
Ability to identify issues and recommend meaningful and creative action plans
