This is not just a job, it's an opportunity to lead and support Senior and Clinical Trial Assistants (CTA) to drive productivity, quality performance, and continual growth.

What will you do:

Assist in creating and implementing CTA training materials and presentations
Support the development of tools, templates, and processes for regional and global use
Set clear performance goals for CTAs and conduct regular performance reviews
Ensure CTAs meet performance expectations and take corrective actions if needed
Oversee CTA activities for quality deliverables
Monitor CTA workload and recommend promotions
Facilitate new hire orientation and address performance issues
Implement quality control activities as necessary

What will you need:

University degree
Availability to work in office at Insurgentes, Mexico City
Minimum 1 year experience as a Team Leader
Minimum 3 years experience in Clinical Trials
