Application Specialist MES/OT / Especialista en Aplicaciones MES/OT:

In your future role as Application Specialist MES/ OT you will:

Managing the incident resolution process to uphold systems uptime and stability._

  • _
Being available for emergencies on a 24x7 schedule._

  • _
Serving as the initial escalation point for third-party vendors and end-users on maintenance issues._

  • _
Contributing to policy and standards changes and ensuring compliance with IM processes._

  • _
Executing changes and enhancements, including problem description, solution preparation, and system change execution._

  • _
Conducting tests as per integration test specifications and diagnosing faults._

  • _
Analyzing and supporting key users' training needs and maintaining training materials._

  • _
Periodically visiting customer sites to address issues and demonstrate visibility._

  • _
Supporting project handover activities and participating in project execution._

  • _
Participating actively in the Change Advisory Board and implementing automation initiatives._

  • _
Supporting complex seller integrations._


We believe you bring:


  • _
  • _
Background in IT/OT and/or chemical/manufacturing industries._

  • _
Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field._

  • _
Familiarity with standards like ITIL, ISA 95, T-SQL._

  • _
Proficiency in.
NET VB,.ASP, Powershell, Azure/Power BI, and Virtual OS (Hyper-V) is highly valued._

  • _
Strong understanding of business processes and service level agreements._

  • _
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills._

  • _
Proficiency in English (speaking and writing)._
