Our Account Management and Sales teams are on the frontline introducing restaurant partners to Uber Eats and partnering with restaurants to grow our businesses together.


About the Role:

Our National Account Manager role is a phenomenal opportunity to demonstrate your business development skills working with a growing base of large partners and fueling Uber Eats growth


Your primary focus will be to keep in touch and follow up the conversation with our Key Customers to focus on input goals that will ultimately grow business, while acting with integrity and operational quality; and to have top to top conversations with the main collaborators of large clients.


You will play an integral role on a cross-functional business unit team, completing the vision and strategy for Uber Eats.

You will be the face of Uber externally to a portfolio of partners, and negotiate and help lead high priority partnerships that ultimately drive revenue growth.

This is a cross-functional role, as you will collaborate across internal teams including product, finance, legal, compliance, regulatory, policy, marketing, and operations.


What You'll Do:


  • Be responsible for the commercial relationship with Top Partners in Uber Eats. Partner relationship management and make sure they're happy and satisfied working in collaboration with us
  • Alignment of the Uber Eats strategy execution with our partners: be the champion in aligning the strategy and speech towards partners, according to our strategic needs; ensure we are building a trust worthy relationship both for them but also for our business
  • Be a trusted consultant providing insights, consumer and industry trends, and standard methodologies
  • Analyze the key metrics of our partners' business to understand the drivers of growth and expansion
  • Crafting and developing an account plan in collaboration with the business partner. Ensuring plans for the achievement of our objectives
  • Act as an ambassador of Uber Eats mission, brand, and product and being a problem solver for partners and all the teams

Basic Qualifications:


  • Knowledge and P&L management
  • Commercial experience of more than 4 years. Preferably as account manager or similar
  • Customer oriented and finding motivation in working with partners and growing the business together
  • Teamwork, negotiation, problem solving, and a collaborative approach with crossfunctional teams
  • Capable to run analysis and understand data to transform it into relevant insights
  • Business management experience. End to end business management
  • Ability to influence business partners and internal teams
