- Estudiante de 5° semestre en adelante en carreras de psicología, pedagogía, trabajo social, administración de empresas o afines.
- Nivel de inglés intermedio (requerido) o avanzado (deseable).
- Disponibilidad para trasladarse a Santa Catarina cuando sea necesario.
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
- Capacidad de autogestión; trabajar de forma independiente y con poca dirección.
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y relacionarse con otros.
- Capacidad para organizar y priorizar tareas.
- Fuerte compromiso con la ética y la confidencialidad.
- Interés en el área de Recursos Humanos.
- Experiencia previa laboral o en prácticas deseable.
- Apoyar en la búsqueda y selección de personal para puestos de Staff / administrativos (TA).
- Publicar ofertas de trabajo en diferentes plataformas.
- Coordinar entrevistas con los candidatos y el equipo de selección.
- Gestionar la documentación de los candidatos.
- Participar en la elaboración de informes y análisis de datos.
- Gestionar firmas de contrato.
- Participar en proyectos de Atracción de Talento.
