Job Description - What you'll do?

  • Collaboration with other support functions to ensure service availability.
  • Ensure adherence to best practice security controls and audits.
  • Ensure essential security measures & IPC process is followed.
  • Leveraging automation through cloud native tools.
  • Cloud platform & OS Capacity, Performance & Availability Management.
  • Creating & maintaining Operational documents like HLD, LLD,SOP, Runbook etc.
  • Follow Platform Life Cycle Management process.
  • Vendor Management & Coordination
  • Adherence to SLA and contractual obligations
  • Automate repeated operational activities & enable process automation
  • Develop reusable BOTs/Workflows using DevOps tools like PowerShell, Python, Ruby, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Terraform, Git, django framework & REST APIs.
  • Implement Infrastructure test automation using ServerSpec, Recspec, Selenium etc
  • Collaboration with other support functions to ensure smooth rollout of BOTs/Workflows.
  • Prioritization of operations activities & Incremental development
