The Founder recognized an unmet need for remote Spanish-speaking employees in the U.S and the underutilized parallelism between Mexico and the U.S.
Leveraging the understanding of the U.S, standard time zones, and similarity in work ethic, Tele-Help delivers the people and skills U.S companies require.
The Role:
Client Success Manager
Responsibilities:
Onboard Clients for Tele-Help Location search.
Communicate with the Client company and the customer regarding process updates or delays.
Managed location data, client assignments to the sale agent, and location communication with the client.
Research and answer all outstanding location questions to ensure client success with closing the lead.
Communicate with Tele-Help clients as needed, sharing data and requesting support to ensure ongoing success.
Experience:
Three or more years in customer service or account management, ability to speak directly with clients, face to face or on video.
Requirements:
Advanced English.
Computer with webcam, mic, and strong wifi
A quite a place to work and presentable for client video calls
MXN 15,000.00 per month
MXN Per successful lead, paid monthly.
Pay:
$15,000.00 per month
Experience:
Customer Service Manager: 2 years (preferred)
