We are looking for a SQL Server DBA to join the team.

As a SQL Server DBA you will assist in managing a large enterprise fleet of AOAG clusters in the cloud.

You will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of critical SQL Server RDBMS systems.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

PowerShell and T-SQL programming and Execution
SQL Server Database Administration and Performance-Tuning
Participation in DevOps related processes
Windows O.S. management and Tuning
Backup and Recovery tasks
Capacity planning
Problem Resolution

Basic Qualifications:

Understanding of SQL Server and Microsoft Windows. This includes backups, recovery, and tuning.
Programming/Scripting skills with PowerShell, Python, Bash, Perl, or other scripting languages.
T-SQL skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Amazon Web Services or Azure or other cloud platforms.
Knowledge of other operating systems such as Linux.
Knowledge of other RDBMS like Oracle or PostgreSQL or Open Edge.
Experience with Storage systems.
Experience with Networks.
